Evelinn Trouble
Big trouble in little Schlaraffenland.

This hurricane of a singer-concept songwriter and guitarist was born in Zurich, moved to London and currently lives in Berlin. Unpredictable, tempestuous, abrasive and often beautifully angry, she’s a formidable and captivating live artist. Evelinn’s at home by operating mostly outside of anybody’s comfort zone, her genres are noise, psychedelia and synth’. When she’s fueled with a shot or two she sings with her heart right up in her throat. Her private life is hers, longing and heartbreak and all, but you can get a glimpse of it in the assertive «I’m on Fire» (2011). She’ll make you forget Wendy O. Williams and Nina Hagen, all wrapped in one. Oh yeah, and she’s known for jumping on the roof of a running train…

Some surface facts of her life are her appearance with other Swiss musicians on Swiss TV via our stage which celebrated Bob Dylan’s 70th, her participation in video and theater productions, she’s worked with Sophie Hunger and was the keyboard for rapper Stress on tour and she’s a ghostwriter for Swiss Pop and Evelinn’s also a conceptual visual artist. She’s produced four full-length albums, the most recent is «Arrowhead». It earned her accolades as «the best album of the year 2015» and she was also crowned «most colorful rock musician from Zurich» whether she liked that or not. Riding with her will be her entire repertory of rollercoaster emotions, she’s currently touring under the banner WISH MMVII-Tour 2017 and what those most heartfelt wishes are is worth reading on her website, evelinntrouble.com.

On this home-town-bad girl-that-did-good show stop of her tour here she will be on vocals and guitar and with her tight band which features Olivier Zurkirchen on keys, Flo Goette on bass and Paul Amereller on Drums. You’ll agree, the only trouble with Trouble is she’s a ton of fun.
