oh what a night...
Joe D'Urso (USA)
Nope, it’s by no means the first time that this testosterone roots rock’n’roller and not least, this great friend has graced our stage with his rolling caravan.

Joe D’Urso is a special nominee and longstanding member of our music Holy Grail that’s situated and floating somewhere above our rocking isle. If you were a witness of his performances here before, you might’ve described them as cool kick ass. With his pit stop this time around he’s putting another hook into the part of you where you miraculously might store your memories: No kidding, he’ll be here with us on the 13th of July with his 13th album «Sway» from the year 2013. (Hey, we never said his marketing strategy was complicated).  And this never die rock’n’roll torrent will shake and sway your mind and parts of your physique like the clean brown waves have done to the Jersey Shore since septem aetatus mundi and possibly before.

Currently, Joe D’Urso lives in New York and you might also know him as a tireless Light-Of-Day activist with several fundraising visits here under his considerable belt. A personal engagement that has greatly expanded the community of his fans all around the globe. But he might have left his mark anyway because of his powerful stage presence like that of another fellow Jerseyan, «Boss» Springsteen. But don’t bet on it ‘cause Joe’s got his own unique talent and personality to carry – ebullient charisma,  a surprising angel-like voice and those the-devil-may-care, roots rock’n’rolling testosterone songs.  The thing though that’s a staple in Joe’s work and one that’s also essential to him as a person again, it’s his social engagements. There’s no hesitation in him that fellow human beings out of luck have to be helped, no doubt. Especially those afflicted by Parkinson’s disease, breast cancer and those with less than little to eat.

Join this big belting artist and big hearted monolith of a man and his stone rolling caravan.
